About Us
I'm Xander Rodriguez, a second-year MBA student at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an aspiring business owner. My path into business started on the finance side, including work at Fidelity Investments and Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and later on the broker side of small business sales. Those transactions showed me how much a business's value depends on the people, customers, and community behind it. That perspective has stayed with me, and it's a big reason I'm pursuing entrepreneurship through acquisition.
Small business runs in my family. I grew up seeing how locally owned companies anchor their communities, provide steady work, and become part of people's daily lives. My goal is to acquire and operate a business for the long term, not to flip it. I want to learn it deeply, strengthen its operations, invest in its people, and build something that lasts. I'm an extroverted, relationship-driven leader who enjoys building networks, and I'm eager to connect with business owners, advisors, and partners who share that commitment to stewardship.
